By using any services provided by NoPulp Media Recording Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Scope of Services

NoPulp Media Recording Studio provides professional recording services. The specific nature of these services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and will be detailed in the Service Agreement.

3. Use of Studio Equipment and Facilities

All users must respect and take care of the studio’s equipment and facilities. Any misuse or deliberate damage will result in the user being held liable for repair or replacement costs. Additionally, users are expected to maintain a clean environment and clear any personal belongings after their session.

4. Legal Compliance

Customers are required to adhere to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with their use of our services. Any illegal activities conducted in our studio will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Payment Terms

Customers are required to pay all fees and costs associated with their recording session as detailed in the Service Agreement. Payment must be made in full before the session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late or non-payment will result in additional charges and may affect future bookings.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, NoPulp Media Recording Studio does not claim any ownership rights over the content produced by customers during their recording sessions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary permissions and rights to the content they are recording.

7. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, customers are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in the Service Agreement.

8. Liability

NoPulp Media Recording Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items brought into the studio. Customers are solely responsible for their own belongings.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
